So far this week, I've been doing rather well. I stuck to my diet, made efforts not to stray away and eat junk. I also drank 2 cups of green tea every day, with 3 L of water. I weighed myself this morning, just out of curiosity, and I was down to 222.4, which makes a loss of 2.8lbs in 4 days! I know weight can fluctuate, so I'll see for sure what
